Here are 5 things to bring/remember for your first session:
Towel & Drink Bottle: Hydration is key, and having a towel handy helps keep you comfortable during your workout.
Plenty of Parking: There's ample parking available around the studio and nearby park. While we do have a private carpark, spaces are limited, so it's a good idea to check with your coach beforehand.
Energy and Smile: Come ready to give it your all with a positive attitude! Your energy and smile will not only brighten up the studio but also uplift your fellow workout buddies.
Comfortable Workout Attire: Dress in comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. You'll want to feel unrestricted as you tackle your workout.
Open Mind & Willingness to Learn: Embrace the experience with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Every session is an opportunity for growth and improvement.
