We have 3 options for you to consider:
Private Coaching is completely individualised to get you to your goal the quickest.
Semi-Private Coaching is a personal training session that is tailored and shared with a maximum of 4 people who have a similar goal for half the price of a Private session.
Small Group Coaching is for you if you love training with like-minded people in a group environment. The programming is more generalised and you will share this session with up to 10 people.
This is our premium personal training service where you are carefully matched with a coach a time that is convenient for you. The session is completely individualised to your needs and your coach will have the necessary experience and skills to get you moving WELL and feeling GREAT. Part of our onboarding is to work with you on the appropriate session duration, training frequency and nutritional guidelines so you are set up for success.
Private Training Starter Pack – $120 valid for 2 months
If you’re looking for hands-on guidance to get you moving well in every area of your life, our
3 x 30 Minute Session Private Training Starter Pack is the best place to start.
Your initial session will be used to assess your movement quality, joint stability | mobility and anything we need to consider for your programming.
Your remaining two 1:1 personal training sessions (30 minutes) allows you to discover how we can help you. Simply purchase your starter pack and we will be in touch to book in your first session at a time that suits you.

Elevate your training to the next level with our StudioForty6 squad program that will fast track your results for half the cost of a private session with our tailored programming.
Work with 3 other people with similar goals to build an ‘unbreakable’ body. We offer multiple sessions a week where your coach will guide and motivate you to results.
We are confident that you will get results with consistent training and accountability which is why we will support you every step of the way.
Small Group Training
Not sure which session to choose? We suggest all of them. All group classes are dynamic in nature and are designed with the same goal in mind - to get and maintain a stronger, leaner, functional body for LIFE! You will experience 45 minutes of absolute inspiring fun with not one session ever being the same so your body will be challenged every time.
Our sessions are limited currently to 8-10 people to maintain social distancing.
You can expect to flip a ViPR, push a cable, lift a weight, hang from a TRX, control a Rip Trainer, jump on a bike and pull a rower, but most of all you will be closely supervised and it will be a PERSONAL
Small-Group Taster Pack – 3 sessions for $55 (valid 2 weeks from date of first session)
If you have a strong training background and are looking for an extra dose of motivation and fun, why not try our Small Group Taster Pack, with 3 dynamic strength and cardio sessions for just $55.
Our group sessions are closely supervised and designed to provide an intimate session with a PERSONAL experience. Expect to lift weights, hang from a TRX, pedal it out on the bike and pull a rower. We’ll prepare your body for anything that life throws at it.
