"Des graduated from Swinburne University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and then went on to complete his Master in Exercise Physiology. He has experience as a strength and conditioning coach at The Northern Bullants Football Club, as well as an Exercise Science intern at Keiser. He has a passion for all things sport and exercise and get a kick out of helping others achieve their goals!”
