"As well as an experienced exercise coach, Rachel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who applies a dynamic approach when working with her clients. Rachel’s exercise programs are individualised and evidence-based in order to support clients with lifestyle-related health conditions such as musculoskeletal issues/ injuries, return to daily activities, cancer and general health and wellness. If there’s one word to describe Rachel, it’s diverse. She’s worked in hospitals and with private organisations; including LifeCare Malvern Sports and Medicine and Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre. She worked as the Rehabilitation Coordinator at The Northern Blues Football Club where she continued her work on bridging the rehab and sports worlds together. Rachel has also worked as a tutor at Deakin University, where she thrived on educating and inspiring students”.
