All trainers have a background in health, nutrition and exercise science, and have designed classes that engage all muscle groups with just enough reps to get you reaching just beyond your limits.

There will be 8-10 in the session so you can focus on your form and output, closely supervised and supported by our trainers, so you won’t get lost in the gym!

 

Group Fitness Training Classes at Our Melbourne Gym

We recommend trying every class when you sign on for group classes at StudioForty6, as you might surprise yourself and it will give you the chance to work every muscle. While the trainers are experienced in their background and class designs, you will only find functional and fun classes here. The goal is to have you feeling leaner, stronger and more healthy as you challenge yourself with every class.

Some sessions will push your limits activating only your body strength, whereas other classes will have you pushing a cable and getting your hands on some weights. Each class is closely supervised so that your form is optimal, making you feel as though you have a personal trainer right there with you. Group classes are limited currently to 10-12 people.
